  • The Platform retains 20% of the fee and pays 80% to instructors after deductions.

3. Account Creation and Management

• Security: You are responsible for your username and password.
• Use: Do not transfer your account; you assume all activity under your access.
• Platform’s Rights: It may suspend or delete an account or content at any time.

4. Minors

• Under 13 Years: Your data is not collected.
• Under 18 Years: Use is allowed only with parental consent.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel your lesson purchases at any time.
• After 14 days, any refund is 50% of the paid amount.
• Your lesson credits expire 6 months after purchase, with no refund.
• You may change instructors and reuse your credits.
